Also definitely getting a return is Real Housewives of Miami, but we already knew that since rumors of the cast have been bandying about and Karent Sierra announced she was not coming back. RHOM just started filming for season three.

It's a Bravo romance that's straight out of Scary Island a novel. Boy loves to groom his eyebrows. Girl loves jellybeans. Boy meets girl at a charity event, and the rest, as they say, is history. That's right, folks! Former Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon and Million Dollar Listing: New York's Ryan Serhant are apparently an item.
Like all great relationships, the pair started out as friends, but that all changed at a fundraiser for Sandy relief. It was at that point that the forty-four-year-old head case and the twenty-eight-year-old egomaniac realized that they were destined for so much more.
With the magic of the original boys of Million Dollar Listing bringing in the ratings LA-style, Bravo is turning their eye to the city that never sleeps – New York. It’s sell, sell, sell twenty-four seven in the big apple on Million Dollar Listing New York!
The new season premieres tonight on Bravo, and it promises to be as exciting as the original flavor, minus the awesome Malibu beaches and Josh Flagg‘s grandma.
The premise is the same; three young male realtors go head-to-head to outsell and out-shark each other for the most prestigious listings and the clients with the largest wallets. Except this time, it’s penthouses and brownstones instead of beach front property and mansions in the canyon. Well, I hope no one has horses in their highrise!
In tonight’s season premiere episode, prettyboy Ryan Serhant(who is rumored to be dating NY cougar Housewife Sonja Morgan) works for a friend who is being one-hundred percent honest. Michael Lorber fueds with another top Manhattan broker and quirky Fredrik Eklund has dealings with a vulgar and foulmouthed client. No, it’s not Bethenny Frankel! See the video trailer below!

Following the success ofMillion Dollar Listing LA, it was only right that Bravo take the franchise to the city that never sleeps!
On March 7, the network will debut Million Dollar Listing New York, which continues the same formula as its LA counterpart a.k.a following the professional and personal lives of three young male real estate agents!
The press release promises “three of the most ambitious realtors give viewers an inside look into the aggressive, high-stakes world of New York City’s real estate market as they close multi-million dollar deals faster than a cab running a red light.”
The cast features from L to R: Ryan Serhant – who sold over $102 million in real estate in his first two years of business, Michael S. Lorber – who holds a law degree and has worked for Donald Trump, and Fredrik Eklund - who has more than 1.25 billion, yes billion, dollars in residential sales.
Now on to the juicy stuff as an insider sent us some gossip about the cast. For starters Fredrik is a former gay porn star! Yes Fredrik used to go by the porn moniker of Tag Eriksson and has starred in porn movies such as The Hole. ClASSy. Our insider reveals Fredrik had to leave his job at CORE because they allegedly did not want him doing the show due to his porn past.
When it comes to Michael, our insider tells Reality Tea that he is seemingly normal and that Bravo “cast him as the sexy, straight bachelor.” Looks at Michael’s photo again.. and allrighty!
As for Ryan, who is rumored to be dating Sonja Morgan, our source says he is a former model who was cast on the show at the last minute. Caroline Grane, Ryan’s business partner, was originally supposed to be the final cast member “competing with Fredrick while Michael falls for her romantically” but was demoted to having a supporting role after Bravo discovered Ryan. Caroline is reportedly none too happy about having a lesser role on the show.

Bethenny Ever After premiers next week on Bravo and in anticipation for the new season, Bravo has just released the extended preview! If you thought last year was bad – hold onto your margaritas because this year features more meltdowns, more tears, more screaming, and more Bethenny Frankel being herself. I’ll let you make your own conclusion about what that entails!
Unfortunately for Bethenny this season will shine a spotlight on her marital discord as a fed up Jason Hoppy basically tells her he is over being a character in her quest for reality television domination.
After two years of marriage Jason is apparently reaching his breaking point with Drama Frankel and if you believe everything you see on TV their marriage is having some serious issues! Jason advises her to quit the show if she doesn’t want the attention and after rumors have emerged that he is tired of televising their life, that may be a major reason Bethenny is threatening to make this season her last!
After a fight with Bethenny, he even walks away from her at an airport! “An apology is not enough for you, you just keep it going!;” he snaps at Bethenny in another scene.
Of course we know the two are still married and that Bethenny is working through her perpetual issues in therapy. “In my relationship, I’m the tortured one,”Bethenny admits to her one true friend – the camera! “Jason tells me that I pay you and everybody to tell me what I want to hear,” Bethenny confides to her shrink. Yikes, Hoppy – growing some balls!
In addition to juggling marriage and career Bethenny still has some major latent issues over her childhood and worries that her daughter Bryn will end up like her! “I want her to be soft and sweet and nice — and not hard and a survivor like me,” Bethenny sobs. In another scene she is speaking with a friend about wanting to give Bryn all the love she never had growing up.
Bethenny will continue to struggle with her mother, the outspoken Bernadette Birk, and shockingly even her assistant Julie seems over her shenanigans. This season should be a wild one – wildly annoying, that is! The extended preview is below!
Moving on, Sonja Morgan might finally be getting some! The sex-crazed Real Housewives of New York star who’s made no secret of her love of men recently spilled the beans about dating a fellow Bravolebrity!
Sonja confessed to RumorFix that she has been seeing Million Dollar Listing New York realtor, Ryan Serhant after they were observed “flirting up a storm” at the Human Rights Campaign event in New York on Feb 4.
“I’m crazy about him! He made me feel like I was the only woman in the room at the HRC gala,” Sonja gushed. “He’s adorable!” Ryan, a former soap opera actor, turned hand model, turned realtor will be starring in Bravo’s new east coast version of the popular show Million Dollar Listing. Oh, did we mention he’s much a younger man?
Although their relationship is very new, but Sonja is thrilled about what the future holds! ”I’m very excited about getting to know him better and spending more time with him. Who wouldn’t? But I want to take things slowly. I’m just dating at the moment.” A photo of Ryan is below!

In case you were planning on enriching your life culturally, you can put those plans on hold! Bravo has released their upcoming schedule of new and returning drugs, television shows!
The most shocking on this list of programs is the inclusion of Millionaire Matchmaker, which apparently will be returning for its sixth, yes, SIXTH season of awful, offensive, stilted, garbage. There is apparently no shortage of professional extras willing to get berated by Patti Stanger or millionaires willing to pimp out their businesses. Bravo has yet to announce a premiere date but it’s slated to return this year.
Also returning: the strangely charming Pregnant In Heels, Million Dollar Listing, Bethenny Ever After on February 20 (but we already knew that) and Inside The Actor’s Studio on January 31, the Bravo show that refuses to die despite a million Housewives franchises. Of course, in case you’ve been busy living life Tabatha Takes Over started its fourth season on January 10th, with Tabatha taking over more than just salons, but every kind of business she can find.
Slated to premiere in the spring are the following shows with my very own synopsis! If no premiere date is listed that means the show will air sometime in the spring.
Interior Therapy with Jeff Lewis (Premieres March 14) — Jeff ran out of houses to flip, so now he is taking Jenni and Zoila on the road to redecorate people’s homes and lives. Because when you think life coach, you think an anal-retentive control freak who has alienated almost all of his loved ones! (Just kidding Jeff, I love you!)
The Kandi Factory (premieres March 4) — Another housewife gets her own spin-off! This time around, Kandi Burruss will show us inside her songwriting empire as she mentors young artists. And she’ll probably talk about vibrators a lot.
The Ring Leader (premieres February 27) — You know what we need more of on tv? Shows about wedding planning! Here’s another one, following around wedding planner Kristin Banta.
Shah’s of Sunset – Yet another attempt at the Miami Social/that weird Dallas show about rich young people. Only this time, with Persian-Americans.
Love Broker — One matchmaker on Bravo isn’t enough, now there must be two! This time, the show will follow Lori Zaslow.
Million Dollar Listing New York – The same douches you’ve come to expect on Million Dollar Listing, but in New York this time.
Around The World In 80 Plates - If Top Chef and Amazing Race had a baby. Or, as the press release says, “12 chefs competing in a culinary race across 10 countries in 44 days.”
Kathy — The original Bravo-lebrity, Kathy Griffin gets her very own talk show as well as two comedy specials to premiere in the spring.
Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding –In my mind, this show would be titled, “Deleted Scenes from this season’s Real Housewives of Atlanta” but apparently Bravo thinks you care enough about Kim Zolciak to watch her plan her wedding to football player Kroy Bierman.
