“I had a really rough time for the last chunk [of the RHOA Reunion] when Kim was on,” Andy admitted to Jenny. “I hate a five against one situation because it’s a gang-up. And the problem is that Kim…well, it’s less problematic when the person is good at taking up for themselves. Kim was not having an easy time with her words. She was making it harder for herself.”
The war between Siggy Flicker and her ego everyone else on The Real Housewives of New Jersey has reached a boiling point. And Margaret Josephs, once again, finds herself on the receiving end of Siggy’s latest barbs – this time about being anti-Semitic. Thus, the drama that has gone well beyond cake-throwing, heading now into straight up character assassination (and, dare we say, defamation?) territory.
Margaret visited The Jenny McCarthy Show on SiriusXM Stars this week to dish on the latest drama between Siggy and her. Asked to briefly describe this season of RHONJ, Margaret says, “Good, bad, ugly, epic, and – amazing!” When asked who she’s pissed off so far this season, Margaret does not mince words: “Soggy and Dolores.” Yup. That just about sums it up!
Still the romantic at heart, Luann claims she still believes that Tom never cheated on her, but that he simply wasn’t willing to give up his “bachelor lifestyle.” Tom – who was caught on camera dissing his marriage, acting sketchy around ex-girlfriends, and even taking off his microphone to talk “off the record” at one point – didn’t do himself any favors on the show. Luann even admits that watching RHONY play back this season really opened her eyes to who Tom really was (and is).
Melissa, Danielle, and Margaret may not agree on everything this season – except that they think Siggy is kind of a mess. Margaret shares, “I don’t think we have a villain, but we have the insane. I don’t like to throw shade, but I do have to say that Siggy acts a little crazy – over the top. You know, she walks in a restaurant screaming, she cries very easily, her emotions run high. So that doesn’t really gel with me. I’m a little sarcastic, call it like it is, don’t cry at the drop of a hat.”
Lawrence Washington aka “Miss Lawrence” made men’s heels fashionable on The Real Housewives of Atlanta as hair stylist to Sheree Whitfield, and shade-thrower to many. But his talents don’t end there. Some may recall Lawrence’s incredible pipes – a singing voice that got him noticed by friend and music producer, Kandi Burruss. Though Lawrence didn’t ultimately sign with Kandi’s production company, he did go on to parlay his powerful voice (and acting chops) into a role on Fox’s series, Star, as recurring character “Miss Bruce.”
This doesn’t mean he severed connections with the women of RHOA though. When Miss Lawrence stopped by the Jenny McCarthy Show on SiriusXM, he had plenty to say about the series that got him noticed, and the women who continue to do battle on it. Specifically, Lawrence tells Jenny why he didn’t sign with Kandi, how he thinks Kenya Moore’s marriage is legit, and why he feels like the women of RHOA have culturally appropriated the terms “shade” and “read” from the LGBTQ community.
Jason Hoppy has been the source of much speculation and – according to the Manhattan Supreme Court – continued stalking of ex-wife Real Housewives Of New York star Bethenny Frankel. Two new counts of stalking were added to the three Hoppy was already charged with back in January, after he allegedly told Bethenny, “I will destroy you, you can get all the lawyers you want, you’ve been warned,” at their 6-year old daughter Bryn’s school.
Ramona began by recounting the incident, and the emotions that led up to it. She explains, “I just lost it on her. I don’t even remember half the things I said. I had to wait to watch it to see. I was walking on eggshells. She wasn’t giving me an inch for months, so I was hoping at the Berkshires we could have some closure. And yeah, I was sh*t ass nervous! I was drinking all day long. Every time I’ve been around Bethenny, it’s nervous energy. I’m not really acting like myself.”
