Is there trouble in lemoncello paradise? Or just a reality star on the move?

Trulia reveals that Yolanda Foster has listed the custom-built home she shares with husband David

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's estate features 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and is 11,622 square-feet of palatial lushness, but it's apparently still not big enough for David's ego, his Grammy awards, and his pianos!

The couple built the lavish home in 2009 and it features a chef's kitchen (complete with a floor-to-ceiling glass fridge which is, of course, included), circular views of Malibu, an infinity pool overlooking the ocean, and according to Real EStalker an "office, library, 2 spa bathrooms with his/her oversized custom closets, a bar/billiards sports room, a state-of-the-art screening room, a recording studio (natch), exercise/massage/sauna rooms and 5 additional en-suite bedrooms."

Yolanda says the move is due to her health problems. "This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don't have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible," she tells Bravo's The Dish.

Additionally now that both Yolanda's children and David's are grown up they just don't need so much space. "My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar."

And no, Mauricio Umansky is NOT the listing agent! Coldwell Banker's Chris Cortazzo. The powerball is at $280 million so if you win you could buy it!
