There’s only one thing that matters more to Ramona Singer than pinot – why the Hamptons, of course

You would think after the Real Housewives Of New York star caught her soon-to-be-ex-husband Mario Singer cheating with his much-younger mistress in their 7,000 square-foot Southampton mansion, Ramona wouldn’t want custody of it, but that’s not the case.

The exes are facing off in an acrimonious divorce and Mario reportedly wants to take everything from Ramona, but she scored a victory by keeping their Hamptons home. While Ramona and Mario were ironing out their divorce property agreement the mansion, which sits on a 1.4 acre lot and boasts tennis courts and a swimming pool, was rented out for the summer.

To rent for Casa de Singer for the entire summer guests had to pony up a whopping $320,ooo (Memorial Day to Labor Day) or renters could take the cheap route and pay $55,000 per week. The exes were said to be splitting the rental proceeds after carrying costs and upkeep were paid. Ramona purchased the home in 1995 for a paltry $875,000 and hasn’t redecorated since!

As a trade-off, Mario gets the couple’s four-bedroom 2,400-square-foot Upper East Side condo which has been their home for the entire time Ramona has been on RHONY. However Mario doesn’t want to stay in the hell where early-nineties decor goes to die – he’s listing the E. 80th St abode for $4.95 million reports Page Six. Don’t worry – he won’t be appearing on Million Dollar Listing NY … he hired an unknown broker. How dull!

So – Ramona is moving. Unless she buys their condo from Mario – fake flowers and all!
