Melissa Gorga is a busy woman – wife, mother, reality TV star, author, jewelry designer, pop star… is there anything she can’t do? I mean, besides get her own show, write a book that isn’t vomit inducing, wear the jewelry she sells, and sing on key. But hey… when all else fails, open a clothing boutique!
Yes, it is true. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star revealed yesterday that she is opening a clothing boutique in New Jersey. Melissa, who launched her own jewelry line last year, said, “Moving into apparel was a natural next step for me. Fashion and styling is something that I have always enjoyed.”

Melissa shared the pic above on Instagram, adding, “Well it is true. I’ve been working hard to put together my first clothing boutique – envy by Melissa Gorga in Montclair, NJ! Joe is building the store as we speak and it is finally all coming together. Lots of meetings with brands and trips to showrooms to find the perfect apparel and accessories. I can’t wait for you to see the store when it is done. Stay tuned for details on the opening next month. Website coming too! XOX #envybymg #envy #fashion”
Melissa dished to Us Weekly, “I am designing the boutique to feel like you are stepping into a closet that’s warm yet contemporary.” she added, hubby Joe Gorga is “helping build out the interior to really bring my vision for the store to life with beautiful trim work, elegant lighting, and lots of textures.”
If Melissa and Joe were smart, they’d put the beavers to work. It’s about time they earn their keep at the mansion.
