In between posting
highly suspiciously Photoshopped selfies to broadcast her hot body and defending her selfie-hotness, Kim Zolciak is actually getting in shape to prepare for her Dancing With The Stars return.
Yesterday Kim and partner Tony Dovolani started rehearsing for their season finale dance. A mini stroke may have caused Kim to leave the show prematurely, but never fear, the ever-resilient Kim will prove she can still shake her wig!

The Don’t Be Tardy star had a contentious experience on Dancing With The Stars. In the third week, Kim suffered at mini-stroke brought on by the pressures of juggling training and performing live while traveling back and forth to Atlanta to see Kroy and her 6 Kimnions.
As a result of the mini stroke, Kim was hospitalized for several days and missed an elimination performance. Once healthy enough, Kim was anxious to return
(hello money – six mouths to feed!) and hoped to perform via satellite from Atlanta. Tony even traveled there to help Kim rehearse.
Unfortunately, Dancing With The Stars decided to honor the competition and rejected Kim. And no amount of Asking, Believing, and [Hopefully] Receiving or online petitions whining about how Wigs-N-Cigs deserves her turn to twirl was gonna bring Kim back!
Perhaps it was a blessing in disguise. Kim discovered a previously undetected heart condition that required surgery. She told us all about it when she used her ‘Was Reserved For Dancing With The Stars‘ time and travel budget to fly around doing interviews about the stress of mini-strokes, the unfairness of DWTS, and the horribleness of online haters who don’t love Kim’s totally all-real body as much as she does, but also, to educate us about waist trainers.
However, Kim will finally dance another day! (Poor Tony)
“I’m back at it!!!!! With @tonydovolani,” Kim shared. “I’m so excited to be dancing at the finale next week! What an emotional roller coaster this has been!! What a blessing!!! #DancingShoes”
