The drama with this bar fight case against Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas does not seem like it will ever end. I don’t know about you, but I feel so bad for Cynthia. I feel like Peter is constantly bringing drama her way. A patron at Sports One, the bar that the couple co-owns in Charlotte, North Carolina, sued Peter and Cynthia because Peter allegedly gave him a beat down in January.
A man named Brandon Link was allegedly having a discussion with Peter about renting space out at the bar and then things turned violent. Link claimed that Peter threw him across the room. The case was dismissed, but now there is a new suit against Cynthia and Peter, because Link believes either Peter or employees at Sports One tampered with the video footage.

TMZ has issued a report based on the latest suit against the RHOA couple for the same alleged incident. The surveillance video was pretty much the only form of evidence in this case, so if it was doctored, that is a major deal since it most likely affected the outcome of the suit.
In unrelated news to the case itself, Link said that Peter said he was busy “working on some p****” when he tried to talk to Peter about a potential business deal. I wonder if that really happened or if he is just playing into those rumors about Peter’s infidelity.
Link is saying that Peter threw him into a chair or table – which makes no sense to me. Chairs and tables are two totally different things, so I don’t get how anyone can be confused by that. And this man is suing Peter and Cynthia for $225K in damages. Once again, I have to say, poor Cynthia! She does not deserve to be involved in this mess at all.
