Once again, former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is clapping back (and snapping back) at her haters. She posted some photos showing off her fit tummy three weeks post-baby. As expected, this caused some debate about her post-baby body.
While most of the comments were positive, Kenya responded to some internet trolls. Commenters claimed that Kenya had a tummy tuck after delivering her first child by c-section. And, Kenya being Kenya–she wasn’t entertaining any plastic surgery speculation. The outspoken (forme) reality star was happy to shut down the rumors. I truly miss Kenya on Real Housewives of Atlanta and wish that her pregnancy could have been documented on Season 11. I want to see the baby’s room in Moore Manor!
On Instagram, Kenya told her followers that, “The SnapBack is real! I still can’t work out yet, but I feel much better.” One fan posted to Instagram, “Kenya does not play, when she puts her mind to doing something it gets done” while another simply said, “Beauty.”
“I’ve always been healthy and worked out my entire life…whatever my body will do I’m not rushing it.” Kenya said. A follower commented, “I would of gotten a tummy tuck, too after having a c-section.”
Kenya responded, “No plastic surgery, no tummy tuck. No surgeon would perform a tummy tuck on a woman 3 weeks after giving birth. Just stop it.”

The Real Housewives alum had quite a journey to welcome her first child. Kenya and husband Marc Daly, conceived their daughter, Brooklyn Doris Daly, through in vitro fertilization (IVF). Kenya delivered little Brooklyn sooner than her due date because the former Housewife developed preeclampsia. Brooklyn was born on November 4, with Kenya enduring a three-hour C-section. Ouch!
So, what has Kenya been doing to look so good? According to ane article Rolling Out, she copped to using a compression belt and breastfeeding since she isn’t allowed to work out yet. Whatever Kenya is doing is really working for her!
