Being Thomas Ravenel’s lawyer seems like a lifetime commitment. He has too many legal cases to keep track of these days. He is currently embroiled in a nasty custody battle with his ex Kathryn Dennis. Aside from that, he is facing sexual assault allegations.
His lawyer has to be very busy these days. Now Thomas and his lawyer are requesting some very personal information in an attempt to build a case against her in their ongoing custody dispute. Shouldn’t Thomas focus on staying out of jail before he tries to get custody of his two kids?
The Blast obtained legal documents that Thomas sent to the judge. First off, he wants access to Kathryn’s private medical records.
He even claimed that her “uncooperative failure to comply is an attempt to hide and withhold information that is highly pertinent to the Defendant’s ability to defend and present his case in this matter.”
He wants to know who her doctors are, which prescriptions she takes (including the dosages), and why she takes each medication.
That’s not all he wants though. Thomas also has a list of questions for Kathryn. He wants to know if she hired a private investigator to track him. Why would she bother when the shit he does publicly is awful enough to win her case?
Additionally, Thomas wants access to all of the communication Kathryn has had with Southern Charm producers from June 30, 2017, until this point.

Thomas wants to know who Kathryn is in a current romantic relationship with. Does he not have internet access? Can’t he just go on her Instagram page to find out that Kathryn has a boyfriend?
And, of course, he wants to know about money, specifically, the salary Kathryn makes from Southern Charm. This guy is just downright repulsive. It would be shocking if he actually won this custody battle.
