We never got any sort of introduction to meet Elyse Slaine on Real Housewives of New York. Yes, she’s not a full-time cast member, but we have heard a lot more about the “Friends of the Housewives” throughout the years. All of a sudden, she was just there, by Ramona Singer’s side, standing there quietly.
Then, she started doing confessional interviews and she went on the cast trip to the Berkshires. However, she wasn’t included when the Real Housewives of New York ladies went to Mexico. So is she in or is she out? That whole thing is a bit unclear, but, Elyse wasn’t asked to appear at the reunion. One thing that is very clear is that Ramona and Elyse are on the outs.
Ramona said that Elyse doesn’t bring much to the show. Elyse hit her back with some incriminating screenshots. Then, Elyse filmed a Cameo video for a fan with a Leah McSweeney pop in that included allegations that Ramona defecates during sex. So, obviously, there’s some ample material for a Ramona vs. Elyse feud if Elyse returns next season.

irealhousewives shared some screenshots of Ramona’s Instagram comments where she shared her take on her fall out with Elyse. One fan told Ramona, “Let me find out you were talking bad about Elyse at the reunion… not queen Elyse.” In response, Ramona said, “she betrayed me… all she wanted was fame at my expense not a friendship.” Damn.

Another viewer wrote, “girl we’ve seen the texts. you wanted her to be on the show and said how amazing she was and that the producers loved her. she wasn’t begging you to be on.” That’s when Ramona claimed, “the truth will come out eventually it always does.” And I can’t help feeling like that truth is going to actually be in Elyse’s favor, but we shall see.
