Denise Richards’ Husband Aaron Phypers ‘Resolves’ Six-Figure Lawsuit Over Unpaid Loan

Denise Richards notably introduced the world to her husband Aaron Phypers on Season 9 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She was very excited to tell the ladies about his “very big penis.” Unfortunately, he ended up having something else “very big” attached to him: debt.

A creditor had filed suit against Aaron earlier this year for failing to pay back over $252,000 he owed for a business loan and interest. According to court documents, Aaron and the creditors have now reached an agreement. Radar Online has all the details.

Aaron said he didn’t pay because his business tanked during the pandemic

Aaron owns a Los Angeles “frequency medicine healing” business called Quantum Epigenics Consulting. Its description uses a lot of big words. Basically, it uses light and sound therapy in an attempt to repair the body. I would’ve never guessed it was a business that would do well to begin with, but apparently the pandemic really slowed things down.

Aaron denied all wrongdoing and blamed the pandemic for why didn’t pay the loan. His response read, “Those events could be neither anticipated nor controlled, and the effects were beyond the control of the parties and imposed an extreme hardship, expense, or difficulty rendering performance impossible.” He added that the collectors knew “that the source of repayment would be earnings from the operation of the Quantum Epigenetics Consulting, LLC business.”

Court documents now show that the debt collection agency Creditors Adjustment Bureau informed the court that things have been “resolved in a mutually satisfactory manner.”

The two parties were supposed to go to court in January. However, the judge dismissed the case without prejudice. That means if Aaron doesn’t fulfill his side of the deal, the debt collectors could refile the suit. It’s unclear how much of the $186k plus interest of $66k Aaron will be responsible for.
