The RHOBH Season 13 taglines have been revealed ahead of tonight’s big premiere. The taglines are an essential, sometimes understated part, of any Housewives season. For anyone just tuning in, the taglines are meant to introduce a Housewife’s general vibe, which could be make-or-break for any new viewer.
For returning viewers, taglines are often tongue-in-cheek or otherwise referential to a Housewife’s past. It can be hard to strike a balance to satisfy new and returning viewers. The immediate general consensus on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13’s newly introduced taglines was not positive.
Expectations are always high for new seasons and new taglines, but RHOBH Season 13 is on a different level, what with how long fans have waited, not to mention all the rumors surrounding Kyle Richards. For many, the taglines simply weren’t worth the wait.
RHOBH Season 13 taglines: Bravo did the ladies dirty
Bravo revealed the taglines on the afternoon of October 25, 2023. Garcelle Beauvais started things off with, “I may act for a living, but I never fall for a bad performance.” Sutton Stracke followed by asking, “Who needs a knight in shining armor when you have your own horse?” Erika Jayne referred to her return to Las Vegas, saying, “The best part about losing everything is getting it all back.”
Erika was followed by Dorit Kemsley, who said nothing more than, “Fashion is my language and I speak it fluently.” Then came Crystal Kung Minkoff who said, “They say wisdom comes with age, but I’m proving otherwise.” Fans were confused as to whether that was an intentional self-burn or not.
“I may put you to sleep for a living,” said newbie Annemarie Wiley, “but I always keep one eye open.” Last, of course, was Kyle, who said, “It’s hard to outrun rumors, but luckily, I’m in better shape than ever.” The trailer ended with all seven ladies extending their diamonds to the camera. Reactions to the new tags were mixed at best.
