Lisa Vanderpump Doesn’t Want Friendship With Kyle Richards: ‘That Ship Has Sailed’

Lisa Vanderpump and Kyle Richards had a pretty good friendship when LVP was still on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. While they had their typical ups and downs (with cameras), everything changed in Season 9 after hashtag puppygate.

Kyle directly accused Lisa of lying about leaking unsavory information to Radar Online. And she had the audacity to do it in Lisa’s own home. It was the birth of GOOD-BYE KYLE and the death of a friendship. Five years have passed but according to Lisa, a reconciliation is no longer on the table.

“She knows how I feel”

Upon reflection, now realizing everything her former BFF was facing in 2019, would Kyle ever ovary up and apologize? It seems her lack of doing so has hardened Lisa about a future make-up session. After all, LVP was dealing with the death of her brother and her mother and quit amid accusations of trying to make Dorit Kemsley look bad.

Lisa showed up on Today with Hoda and Jenna and the ladies asked if she reached out to Kyle after the news broke of her marriage issues. “I think that ship has sailed,” she began. The Vanderpump Rules star mentioned she had heard ruuuuumors (the nastiness) about Kyle and Mauricio Umansky, but didn’t really pay attention.

“I think she knows how I feel. I’ve been very honest about that,” Lisa added. She did bump into Mo at Dancing with the Stars and I guess they were nice to each other? “Now, I have seen Mauricio. I saw him at Dancing With the Stars, so I kicked him in the ass,” she shared.

Despite the destruction of their friendship, Lisa wishes Kyle well. “I felt very sad for her because I know Kyle really held her marriage very close and near. It was very, very important to her, and she always kinda gave the impression of everything being perfect whether it was or it wasn’t,” she continued.

“I think it’s a shame, I really do. I hope they find their way back to each other,” Lisa noted. LVP also closed the door on returning to RHOBH – allegedly, but the reality is, she’s incredibly busy.

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 will premiere on January 30 at 8 PM/ET on Bravo.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills continues Wednesdays at 8/7c also on Bravo.
