Ugh, poor Ariana Madix is still regretting buying a home with a man who dresses like a 10-year-old who just found $1000 on the sidewalk. It will work out in the end, but the Vanderpump Rules star has to make it until June.
As Pump Rules fans know Tom Sandoval and Ariana bought their $2 million home in 2019, before Sandoval became interested in galaxy lights and banging one of her best friends. Now Ariana wants out of co-habitating with her ex but he isn’t making it very easy. The New York Post has the details.
Home Hell Home
Right now Ariana is rehearsing for Broadway and Chicago. While she learns the ins and outs of Bob Fosse and jazz hands, Tom is probably chilling in their LA crib under the glow of LED lights and burning incense.
At the beginning of January, Ariana filed legal papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court requesting the property be sold and an equitable division of proceeds. She wanted a partition by sale, hoping to steer clear of a “division in kind” that splits the property between the two parties.
Unfortunately for Ariana, the legal logistics don’t usually go smoothly and she’s in limbo until a June 3, 2023 court date. Until then, she’ll be busy with Chicago and will most likely still use an Airbnb when she’s in California.
Back in December, Ariana told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live, “I, for the most part, have been in an Airbnb with my dog and my cat and some of my things, but I regularly go back and forth. I’m working on the situation with the ownership of the house. I would love for that to be resolved quickly.”
The Den of Hate is about 4400 square feet and is currently worth about $2.83 million. Hopefully, the home drama will be rectified before Something About Her receives opening permits.
