Rachel Leviss Hints at Memoir Release: ‘Projects in the Pipeline’

Rachel Leviss continues to go rogue. Her secret affair with castmate Tom Sandoval propelled Vanderpump Rules to the front pages of nearly every media outlet. It seemed like everyone was talking and writing about the scandal. But now she’s the one who might be doing the writing.

In the aftermath of the affair, Rachel was firmly cast as a villain for playing mistress to Sandoval. Because it was Sandoval who was in a 10-year relationship with (other) castmate Ariana Madix. As the wronged party in this mess, Ariana scored brand deals and even a role on Broadway. Sandoval is now an outcast amongst his friends and fans.

Rachel then left the show and started a podcast to tell her side of the story. But she might not stop there.

Details to come, possibly in a memoir from Rachel

In a recent interview with Hollywood Life, Rachel hinted that a memoir might be in the works. After being asked about the possibility, Rachel teased, “I do have projects in the pipeline, including a special medium about my story with details to be revealed later.”

She added of her future plans, “It’s unlikely that I would return to that kind of reality TV — semi-produced reality TV — but I could be open to competition shows or other opportunities, as long as it’s ethical.”

Rachel needed a break

This comes as no surprise given Rachel’s past comments about how she feels about being taking a step back from VPR. In August of last year, she discussed the matter with Bethenny Frankel in an appearance on Bethenny’s podcast.

“It’s been a whirlwind, it’s been chaos. But I’ve taken some time to myself to reflect and try to understand my actions. And I finally have come to the place where it makes sense to me. Part of the reason why I wanted to take some time away is just because it was so chaotic and loud, and there was such vitriol online,” Rachel shared.

Vanderpump Rules Season 11 continues – without Rachel – Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
