Heather Gay, previously a fan favorite, quickly lost her favor with viewers for a multitude of reasons. One is that the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star defended convicted fraudster and castmate Jen Shah, even when her actions were indefensible.
But fans aren’t the only ones who took issue with how Heather finally revealed that Jen supposedly gave her the black eye on a cast trip. Fellow Real Housewives star, Margaret Josephs, recently appeared on Jeff Lewis Live to explain how her comments about Heather’s reveal landed her on Heather’s bad side.
Heather Gay’s thirst is real, according to Margaret
Margaret told listeners, “Heather Gay happens to not like me. She got mad at me because I was on like a Page Six thing and they said, ‘Is it thirsty or not [that Heather] didn’t say where she got the black eye.’”
“And that was last year and I said, ‘Yeah, that was thirsty.’ You just answer questions when you’re asked them,” the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member shared.
Despite pretty much everyone and their mom assuming that Jen was the one who gave Heather her shiner, Heather maintained for months that it wasn’t the criminal Housewife. She even alluded to the idea that a producer was responsible. Her excuses for the injury changed, but Heather’s most used explanation was that she simply didn’t remember what happened.
That is until RHOSLC’s Season 4 finale. The Beauty Lab + Laser owner made a huge about-face and admitted that it was Jen who was responsible.
Heather gave Margaret the cold shoulder
Thanks to Marge’s comments on the matter, she said that Heather doesn’t “like” her. She also noted that she thinks Heather was “totally offended” by her statement.
Margaret pointed to a BravoCon run-in, where she said Heather “wouldn’t make eye contact” with her. “I said hi to her at BravoCon — she wouldn’t make eye contact. I was like, ok let’s stop,” Marge concluded.
Looks like those loose Marge lips almost got carried away!
