Is there a future where Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke can coexist on Summer House? Bravo newbie West Wilson doesn’t seem to think so. He had a front-row seat to their messy Season 8, and he’s not confident that anyone could tolerate another round of it.
West chatted with Us Weekly about the drama that’s unfolding this season. We all just watched Lindsay question Carl’s sobriety, and we know that she’s going to get dumped on camera later this season. While it might make for some quality reality TV, West admitted that it might be too much for them to handle.
West weighs in
Going into Season 8, West already knew Lindsay. You’d think that would give him a bit of a bias when talking about her split from Carl. However, he admitted that he’s pretty neutral on the whole thing. He said he could see the red flags throughout the summer and wanted to give both of them a little space once things fell apart. Looking ahead to a potential Season 9, he admitted that it could be a little bit more difficult for everyone to navigate.
“It would be challenging for sure,” West said about a potential Carl and Linday reunion on Season 9.
He continued, “From what I’ve seen since Summer ended, I haven’t seen fights, but they just have avoided each other. I don’t know how that would exist. I mean, unless you walk by someone for two months and just, like, don’t make eye contact.”
Of course, Carl and Linday are professional reality TV stars at this point, so West admitted that they might be able to pull off Season 9 together because “they’ve been doing it forever.” Still, does anyone really want to see another season of Carl and Lindsay? In the words of the Countess: “Not really.”
