Teresa Giudice and Luis Ruelas’ marriage created a blended family of the four Giudice girls and two sons, Nicholas and Louie Jr., that Luis had from a previous relationship. The focus on Real Housewives of New Jersey, however, was always on Teresa and Luis.
But Milania Giudice spoke about life with Nicholas and Louie Jr. with her older sister Gia Giudice. Milania has been studying at the University of Tampa since Fall 2024. However, she recalled her time at home when the families first started living together.

Gia hosted her sister Milania on the June 23 episode of her podcast, Casual Chaos. The younger Giudice girl called the experience “actually way more easier and normal.” The Next Gen NYC star agreed that moving in with Luis’ boys “was very seamless.”
“Me and little Louie fight like siblings. I’m always messing with him because he’s never had girl siblings, and he’s especially never had a sibling like me before. So, I needed to annoy him a little bit, but I always annoy him, and it’s really funny. And I love Nicholas,” Milania explained.
She continued, “It was, honestly, fine. Honestly, I think it would’ve been much harder if we had to move in with girls,” she said. “I’m so lucky that Louie only had two boys. Boys are so easy. They actually don’t give a sh*t about anything.”
Gia and Milania know a thing or two about family drama. Their mother has been feuding with Melissa Gorga on RHONJ for over a decade. The conflict got so bad that RHONJ is now on hiatus while producers decide what to do.
“I think blending girls — sisters and stepsisters — it’s definitely a little more challenging. Bringing new sisters, it can create tension, jealousy. It can create a lot,” Gia said.
Milania also spoke highly of her stepfather, calling Louie the “best stepdad” and “cool.”
“Anytime I have a problem, he’ll talk to me about it,” she added.
