There is no doubt that Andy Cohen has the golden touch at Bravo. The longtime executive producer for the Real Housewives franchises and host and executive producer of Watch What Happens Live is living large. And his recent adventures in real estate would prove this notion.
Plus, Andy’s WWHL contract was renewed until 2027. Thankfully, this guarantees fans many more clubhouse reveals, wild interviews, and cringey games. However, now that Andy has moved into his new $18 million penthouse, he has a few rules. And I don’t mean removing your shoes when entering or not drinking red wine in the living room.

Now that Andy and his adorable son and daughter have a new place to call home, Andy is setting some firm boundaries. “No Real Housewives allowed,” an insider told The National Enquirer. “For years, Andy kept a healthy distance from the Housewives when the cameras weren’t rolling, but there were a few exceptions – Bethenny Frankel, Carole Radziwill, Kyle Richards. They were in the inner circle,” the source added.
However, when Bethenny tried to launch a reality reckoning and accused Bravo and Andy of allowing toxic behavior, he reportedly learned his lesson. “He got burned. Now he knows better,” the source claimed. “No more Housewives in his home.” I feel like Kyle and her ponytail will have to rely on fond memories.
Meanwhile, Andy listed his apartment last year for a jaw-dropping $14 million. Of course, Ryan Serhant nabbed the listing for the coveted duplex property. Finally, Andy found a buyer and sold the West Village property for $10.5 million. Not too shabby! I mean, Andy’s previous pad featured a steam room and a steel and glass staircase.
It’s too bad that none of the Real Housewives will get a peek inside Andy’s new digs. You know they would spill the tea!
