Britani Bateman is the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City addition that everyone is talking about. Whatever your feelings about the sophomore RHOSLC “friend,” she does keep herself relevant within the group. More often than not, the cabaret star is in conflict, most recently with Meredith Marks.
But for all the drama, Britani does bring comedic interlude to the show. She seemingly lacks the ability to read the room at times. Which sometimes makes for reality TV gold. Then there’s her whole situationship with Jared Osmond. Reflecting back on the season, Britani feels as if she was ganged up on.

Britani appeared on News Channel 5 in Nashville, Tennessee to discuss the season. She also thanked her bestie, Heather Gay, for being so supportive.
“This season of Salt Lake City. It’s just epic. You guys are the best cast, in my opinion, on Bravo,” the host said as in introduction. “You recently joined last season. And you’re joining a cast that has five original OG cast members. What was that like?”
Britani called the statistic of RHOSLC original stars “unheard of.” Her host agreed, and then asked, “I’m sure it’s intimidating to step into a cast that has so much history.”
“You have no idea,” the Bravolebrity responded. “I mean, thanks heavens I had Heather as a friend who really pulled for me, rode hard for me. Because it was like being hazed into a sorority with only one ally. And I’m lucky I had that. Poor Bronwyn [Newport] didn’t hardly have any allies. She was swimming upstream.”
Britani thanked Heather for being “really good” to her as she navigated reality TV. Indeed, it’s rough to see her being ganged up on by the cast, something she called “definitely a haze.” The most notable moment was after Meredith caught Britani recording the group last season.
