The relationship between Lisa Vanderpump and Brittany Cartwright has been interesting to say the very least. After she and ex Jax Taylor exited Vanderpump Rules following the release of Season 8, their communication with Lisa supposedly left with it.
Brittany claimed in 2022 that Lisa hadn’t talked to her since her departure from the show. She later admitted that while she is upset about their disconnect, she still has a lot of love for her former boss. Recently, though, The Valley star continued to call out Lisa for not reaching out, and she has finally had enough.
Lisa Vanderpump blamed being busy with “hundreds of people” working for her
Along with Brittany, Lisa was a featured guest at the 2025 BravoCon. During her awkward time at the event, she addressed the isolation claims once and for all.
“I saw Brittany the other day, and she said she never hears from me, but I have how many hundreds of people working for me? I’m traveling between Vegas, here [Los Angeles], Arizona, London, and this and that, and the other,” she explained to US Weekly.
Well … she’s not wrong. Aside from her iconic SUR restaurant, she owns quite a few food spots and recently opened a new one.
The reality TV icon continued her tirade, adding that she just had an exchange with Brittany during the convention.
“I greeted her like I always do. But I hadn’t heard that she said something nasty about me, so maybe she said it just before she met me. So, there you go.”
Vanderpump Rules returns Tuesday, December 2 at 9/8c on Bravo. Original seasons are streaming on Peacock.
