It’s been a rough few weeks for Drew Sidora, and things just got worse. The Real Housewives of Atlanta was just dealt another legal blow in her ongoing divorce from Ralph Pittman.
Remember how earlier this month, a judge ordered her to move out of the marital home by May 31? She went to the court and asked a judge to reconsider, claiming that she could be homeless if forced to find a new place to live by that deadline.
Unfortunately for Drew, the judge was not buying it. Her motion was just denied.
Drew Sidora will have to vacate her home despite recent plea

In a court ruling earlier this month, a judge told Drew to get out of the marital home, in addition to granting Ralph primary custody of their two kids. It was a major win for Ralph, who had been relegated to the basement of their family home for months on end.
Meanwhile, Drew explained to the judge that having to find a new place to live would be financially devastating. As RHOA fans know, she has an older son from a previous relationship, and she claimed they could both end up on the streets as a result of the court’s decision.
When arguing her case, Drew shared text messages between her and Ralph, showing their extremely toxic dynamic. In the texts, she claimed she was giving him half of her RHOA paycheck, and financial disclosures showed that Ralph was already making three times as much money as she was each month.
In new court docs reviewed by TMZ, a judge flat out denied Drew’s motion. They were unfazed by her supposed money troubles, so the original order still stands. She has to find a new place to live by May 31. The clock is ticking.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo. You can stream it the next day on Peacock.
