Schwartz introduced some of his friends to his “crush,” model Kiana Carroll. Meanwhile, Kristen called out Zack for talking sh*t behind Janet’s back and smiling in her face. And Lala and Michelle bonded over losing a parent.

Schwartz debuts his new love interest in The Valley

Zack, Brittany, Janet, and Jason visited Schwartz at TomTom for brunch. And Tom invited his friends, Kiana and Rachel. In his confessional, Schwartz explained that he “met this devastatingly beautiful woman” at Schwartz & Sandy’s. “But it was always just, like, platonic until the past couple months. She started spending more time in L.A., and we went on a date. And then ever since … it just kind of went, like, exponential,” he added.

“She’s a model. And she lives in New York, but she also has a place here. She’s a baller,” Schwartz told the group. He added in his talking head, “I haven’t introduced Kiana to my friends yet because part of me doesn’t want to jinx it. I haven’t had this feeling in quite some time, and I don’t know, there is part of me that is like extra precious about this one.”

While Brittany was happy that Zack and Janet were hanging out, don’t get it twisted. “With Janet, I can easily have a surface-level meal with her, but I don’t want her thinking that one apology fixes everything,” Zack said in his talking head. “I need to see actions.”

When Kiana met the gang, she was confident, funny, and outgoing. I love this match for Schwartz. The new couple went to the bar, and Schwartz confessed his crush on the 27-year-old model. “Seems like we have a crush on each other,” Kiana told the Vanderpump Rules alum.

Lacy has concerns about The Valley cast trip

Kristen, Lacy, and Nia met at a Halloween store to find wigs. In San Diego, each woman is going to dress up one of the men, and there will be a pageant. “They are going to thrive,” Kristen noted. “Not only are they competitive, but they’re pretty.”

However, Jesse’s girlfriend, Lacy, wasn’t sure if she was going. “I don’t, like, love spending time with people that I don’t want to be around,” she explained. However, it wasn’t Michelle that Lacy was talking about. “Any issue I’ve had with Michelle in the past really derived, in my opinion, from Janet,” Lacy said.

After Jesse told Janet and Michelle that they had hurt Lacy’s feelings, Janet never reached out to apologize. “It’s more like that mean girl mentality of like she just wanted to gang up on me,” Lacy said. Well, Nia feels Lacy’s pain as she also wants to avoid Janet. “It’s weird to me when somebody has screenshots of my HOA fees and Reddit threads about me in her phone,” Lacy stated in her confessional. That is wild.

Meanwhile, Kristen skipped the brunch. So, she downloaded Luke about Zack trashing Janet. Apparently, Zack said that Janet was “totally delusional” and believes that they are “best friends now.” He reportedly added, “I don’t f*cking trust her. She’s crazy.” So much for that truce! And while Janet thought that she and Kristen shared “a peace pipe” at Brittany’s pool party, Kristen wasn’t giving peace with Janet a chance.

The group was taking a train to San Diego. Kristen and Luke brought Kelly, Kristen’s friend and nanny, along for the trip. And it turns out that Lacy is driving herself from Newport to San Diego. During the trip, Nia was trying to bounce baby Adelaide and eat at the same time. When she asked Danny to hold her for a moment, he replied that he was going to get a coffee. Not nice.

At the same time, Janet was trying to plan Zack’s birthday party, but he reminded her to take “baby steps,” not “Olympic jumping.” Then she jokingly offered to carry Zack and his boyfriend Benji Quach’s child. Awkward! “Are you guys friends?” a confused Jesse asked.

“Best, best friends,” Janet replied. Meanwhile, Zack said in his confessional, “I can feel Kristen’s death stare … just staring directly at me, into my soul.” Then Kristen told Nia about how Zack was talking about Janet.

When Zack finally turned to face Kristen, she said, “Your conversation with me yesterday was polar opposite of this. I told you there’s consequences for all your choices and repercussions for your action. Say what you mean and mean what you say,” Kristen added.

Jesse and Lala face off in The Valley

Finally, the group arrived at the property. Jesse and Zack raced into the house to claim their accommodations. Naturally, Jesse claimed one of the best rooms. When Lala walked in, she saw the bathtub in the room and announced, “This is Michelle’s trip. We’re taking this room.”

“You’re not taking this room. I gave up the big room,” Jesse replied, referencing Maui. “It’s Michelle’s trip,” Lala repeated. Still, Jesse said he wasn’t leaving the room. However, the ladies went to get their bags, so I guess it will be a slumber party when Lacy arrives.

In addition, Luke, Kristen, Nia, and Danny were in one house, since they have babies. When Nia asked Danny to put their daughter down, he came out and angrily demanded a swaddle. Then he made a snarky remark because Nia was trying to eat. “I’m wondering why Nia has put me in this situation when we have a babysitter,” Danny said in his talking head. Their nanny was with them, but Danny’s annoyance level was over the top.

Later, the group headed to Belmont Park, which had a roller coaster and carnival rides. When the baby house crew arrived, Nia and Danny were still not on the same page. “I’m excited!” she exclaimed. “We’re never together without our children!” However, Danny seemed less than enthused. Nia said that she was “focused on being with you and the rollercoaster.” She added, “I feel like you’re a little critical of me.”

Danny responded, “No. I’m feeling it’s like, performative.” He continued to pick at her until they rejoined the group. Then, he objected when Nia insisted that Adelaide was sleeping in their room. Yikes!

Schwartz is a cautious romantic in The Valley

Schwartz hung out with Brittany, Michelle, Lala, and Janet. On the way to San Diego, Michelle sold a $7 million house. “This is the first time that I’m on my own again since working with Jesse,” she said in a talking head.

When Lala asked Schwartz if he was “feeling peaceful,” he replied, “I feel probably the most peaceful I’ve felt in years.” And it is because of Kiana. He explained that neither he nor Kiana was planning on hooking up with other people. “I believe in love. I really do,” he told the group. “Every relationship I’ve been in so far started similar … didn’t work out.”

Then he asked Michelle about her breakup with Aaron Nosler. “You just got to the point where you loved this guy. You believed he would be a good co-parent, and you moved in together,” Schwartz stated. “I’m so scared to get to that point and have it not work out again.” Then, Brittany quipped, “And don’t be scared you’re going to end up like me, okay?”

Meanwhile, Lala and Michelle walked towards the ocean. Michelle mentioned how the ocean reminded her of her mother. “She used to love to walk on the beach,” Michelle explained. “We used to just like walk and talk for a long time.” She added, “My heart starts pounding when I think of her. I hold a lot in, and it’s like really hard for me to express how hard it’s been.”

In her confessional, Michelle said, “I lost my mom six months ago, and you know sometimes I wake up, and I forget that it happened.” She told Lala, “She was my ride or die, and I called her about everything.”

Lala understands Michelle’s grief. “I know what it’s like to lose a dad, and that was like earth-shattering.” In her talking head, Lala said, “I lost my dad almost seven and a half years ago. And I still remember every single detail about him. Every wrinkle on his face, the way his hands looked, the way he felt when he would hug me.” An emotional Lala added, “I miss him a lot. I wish that he was still here, ’cause I think he could remind me that good men exist still. Good fathers exist still.”

Plus, Lala urged Michelle to talk about her grief, adding that she is dealing with a “mourning process and a healing process” that takes time. The two friends embraced, connecting through their losses.

“Before my mom passed, she told me she was a big believer in signs and that she would figure out a way to provide signs for me. I’m going to sound crazy, but I think that sometimes she comes into my dreams, to like communicate with me,” Michelle admitted in her confessional. She added that she feels her mom “leading that way for me and helping me.” The episode ended with a sweet montage of photos and videos of Michelle, her mom, and Isabella.

The Valley airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on Bravo. Episodes stream the next day on Peacock.
