The divorce battle between PK Kemsley and Dorit Kemsley is heating up. Of course, Dorit’s divorce from PK was a major storyline on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In addition, Dorit’s co-stars, Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne, were concerned about her spending habits and chronic lateness. Naturally, Dorit blamed the mounting pressure from the divorce for her behavior.
Justin Levine filed his own bombshell declaration
In court documents, PK slammed his ex. He claimed that Dorit “enlisted our (kid) to send text messages to me requesting money for (Dorit’s) personal expenses.” Allegedly, that included “a trip she wanted to take with the children.”
In addition, PK accused Dorit of spending more than $1 million on luxury goods, including $995K for designer handbags, accessories, and clothes. Apparently, fashion is not cheap. Plus, PK asked the court to force their mansion, which is in pre-closure, to be sold.
According to PK, he had been trying to resolve the situation and suggested putting the home on the market. However, Dorit apparently vetoed his suggestion.
Per TMZ, Justin Levine, a longtime friend of the couple, filed a declaration with the court, detailing a conversation with Dorit. In early April, Justin allegedly tried to sway Dorit to work with PK and come to some agreement over the mansion.
“During the call, [Dorit] became highly agitated before I was able to complete my explanation of the purpose of the call. While she has previously expressed frustration, this conversation was notably different in both tone and intensity,” Justin said in the declaration.
In addition, Justin claimed that Dorit instructed him to give PK a list of demands. If PK didn’t follow through, she threatened to “disclose private information” about her ex.
Reportedly, Dorit asked for $50K for the kids’ expenses, followed by another $50K. If Dorit received the funds, then she allegedly wouldn’t resort to playing “dirty games.” Then, when Justin questioned Dorit about spending $1 million on designer goods, she claimed that “expenditures were necessary for her career.”
