Former Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd is facing more than reality television drama these days. The controversial RHOC alum is embroiled in a revenge porn case and is facing three misdemeanors, including battery. She’s been quite clear that she thinks the case is ridiculous, and now she’s sharing where she currently stands.
The former Bravo star is “not pleading guilty”
Kelly appeared on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live and gave her two cents about the current status of the revenge porn case. At least she shared what she could under her gag order.
When Jeff brought up the case and asked for an update, Kelly looked visibly annoyed. Jamie Kennedy looked shocked that Jeff brought it up, but Kelly didn’t shy away from addressing the topic.
“Well, what TMZ is alleging is complete and utter bullsh*t,” Kelly started. “The DA did not suggest that at all.”
When asked what they didn’t suggest, Kelly clarified, “That I had taken porno pictures of someone having sex. That’s not even what happened. Like at all. And I’m not pleading guilty,” she confirmed. “I know my lawyer said these charges will be dismissed.”
Jeff further clarified what he knew of the case and said that he knew Kelly didn’t record anybody without their consent or take pictures without their consent. “Is it possible that whatever picture is circulating, that person could have just sent that to you?” he asked.
Kelly said she couldn’t talk about it any further, so Jeff was trying to extrapolate information on his own, considering he has known about the case since last year.
“I already knew about it,” Jeff admitted. He shared that someone allegedly took a picture of themselves and sent it to Kelly. Jamie didn’t think Kelly should be getting in trouble if that’s the reality, and Jeff agreed.
“That’s why it’s going to get dismissed,” Jeff concluded.
Kelly added, “This is so crazy. How this bullsh*t is like happening to me, like in the weirdest way. Like, I don’t get it. I don’t understand it. Like I just, I feel like I have a black cloud over me.”
