Melissa Gorga and her husband Joe Gorga have rekindled their relationship with former enemy Teresa Giudice. While things seem good right now between the two Real Housewives of New Jersey stars, sources close to Melissa claim that friends worry the old feud will eventually rear its ugly head again.

According to RadarOnline, waving the white flag is all well and good, but those who witnessed the famously feuding duo are a bit more skeptical of a long-term positive relationship.
“Friends and acquaintances have been there through the ups and the many downs. And the good and the overwhelmingly bad,” an insider claimed. “It’s been a rollercoaster ride to say the least. But they’ve been her shoulder to cry on many a time about how awful Teresa was to her.”
They are hoping the reconciliation this is “sincere for the sake of her family,” but the source wasn’t ready to accept it as a sure thing.
“They are worried that Teresa will be up to her old shenanigans sooner rather than later and end up on the outs with her again. This will make Melissa look inauthentic for even entertaining a reconciliation,” the insider added.
There have been rumors that the reunion has to do with securing spots in RHONJ. There’s been no announcement yet, but if the two girls end up back on the show, their relationship could implode.
“If you dare to disagree with her (Teresa) even over the slightest thing, it’s a major problem,” the source said. “Will Melissa be able to act the part with no slip-ups?” The insider added that if ever Melissa disagrees with a situation, they may end up back in the dark place again.
For her part, Teresa said she wanted to put the feud behind them to set a good example for her daughter, Gia Giudice. So maybe she’s learning to hold her temper for the sake of her kids.
As for RHONJ, perhaps Teresa and Melissa’s peace will last longer if they aren’t on the same show? Rumors make it seem like Melissa is in while Teresa may be out of the new season. Teresa has also teased a potential move to the Sunshine to join The Real Housewives of Miami.
Time will tell what happens next for both girls and their currently repaired relationship.
