The relationship was met with skepticism since the beginning. But Alexis Bellino and John Janssen married in October 2025. It was nearly a two-year courtship that ironically started at The Quiet Woman.
Now, the former Real Housewives of Orange County star is sharing important news about the marriage. This comes on the heels of another round of speculation that Alexis and John might be heading towards a breakup.
The couple have been married for six months and counting
The RHOC alum shared a Reel to Instagram highlighting some of the most tender moments of the day. Alexis and John share six children. She has three from her previous marriage to Jim Bellino. John has three adult children, two daughters and a son, also from a previous relationship.
“6 months ago, John and I became one before God. It was one of the best days of our lives. Our kids were out wedding party. Because our kids are everything,” Alexis wrote.
The entire family is featured in the photos. Indeed, the RHOC alum made it a point to build her big day around all six of the kids. Other photos include one of the wedding cake, flower arrangements, foods served, and the venue itself. Of course, there was the kiss at the alter.
She continued, “I love you @johnwjanssen. Here are some of the details from our day. More to come!!! Thank you Jesus and mom for bringing us together. I KNOW my mom had a hand in this.”
Tragically, Alexis lost her mother in August 2023. Penelope had been battling an undisclosed illness for some time.
Alexis concluded, “At the end of the day… I love you kiddos. All 6 of you. I’m blessed.”
Unfortunately, or rather distastefully, followers suggested the duo were having trouble in paradise. Perhaps it will take reaching another checkpoint for naysayers to pipe down.
