RHOA’s Drew Sidora Asked Judge to Jail Ex Ralph Pittman for Text Message Leaks

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora has just approached the courts, asking a judge to put her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman, in jail. Drew and Ralph separated in 2023. And after they filed for divorce, a standard restraining order automatically went into place, which forbade either party from harassing, embarrassing, or attacking the other. But in 2025, according to Drew, Ralph “stole” her private text messages, aiming to disparage Drew in the public eye. So now, Drew wants her dearly behated ex behind bars.

For several seasons, fans have followed Drew and Ralph’s contentious divorce proceedings on RHOA. During the Season 16 premiere, Drew explained that Ralph had moved down to their basement, where he launched his tongue-in-cheek podcast, Ralph in the Basement. However, Ralph’s living situation is about to change.

In a recent filing, Drew learned that she has until May 31 to vacate their home. And when she does, Ralph rises upstairs, reclaiming their formerly shared mansion. Drew is still fighting this ruling. However, according to new court documents obtained by TMZ, we just learned that several months prior, Drew had already petitioned the courts, asking a judge to place Ralph behind bars.

In her filing, Drew noted that she has been famous since childhood. Likewise, before their split, her star had been on the rise. So, on June 10, 2025, she claims that Ralph “stole” her private text messages from her phone. Then, he sent these messages to a media outlet, trying to place Drew in a “negative light” via the press.

Additionally, Drew claimed, Ralph posted her texts online. As her filing stressed, “While it is clear and apparent that [Ralph] has disdain for his estranged wife, such disdain does not give [Ralph] the right to publicly humiliate [Drew].” Nevertheless, he did, she alleges.

Therefore, Drew wants Ralph fined $1K for every violation of their mutual restraining order. She also wants Ralph thrown in jail for up to 20 days.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo. You can stream it on Peacock.
