PK Kemsley has put his estranged wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley, on blast. He has accused her of spending excessively on luxury brands in the midst of their financial troubles, and with their LA home at risk of financial collapse.
News was already spreading that the couple’s mansion was allegedly in pre-foreclosure late last year. Lenders allegedly filed default notices in January 2026. The couple owed an outstanding balance of $842,376.
Dorit Kemsley is accused of racking up seven-figure spending
Dorit was adamant that PK was the one who was supposed to handle the payments. She reiterated that PK had told her that everything would remain the same, financially, despite their ongoing divorce.
However, now PK is coming after Dorit for spending big in the midst of their financial woes. According to TMZ, court documents claim that PK’s team has discovered that Dorit allegedly racked up more than $1 million in spending on luxury brands over the past year. Approximately $995k of her spending went to designer clothing, accessories, and handbags.
Some of the details include spending roughly $69,000 at Louis Vuitton, $69,000 at Chanel, and approximately $38,000 at Hermès. She also spent at retailers like FWRD, Net-A-Porter, and Moda Operandi.
PK also claimed that Dorit made no mortgage payments on the home despite exclusively using the property. He adds that he covers 90% of the family’s expenses, including expenses for the children and household costs.
Their mansion, which they purchased in 2019, now has more than $6 million in mortgage debt. If they don’t do something, foreclosure proceedings could be imminent.
He further adds that he spent more than a year working on avoiding foreclosure, sharing financial records, accounting, emails, and lender communications. He proposed solutions like selling the home and temporarily relocating Dorit and the kids nearby, but these were also rejected.
Now, he is asking for the court to step in and force the sale of the home. This will prevent total loss of equity if the home is foreclosed.
Dorit has not replied to these claims yet.
