Josh Goldstein has no love for a popular hotel chain. The man who starred in two versions of Love Island is suing Hyatt Hotels. The reality star filed all the paperwork on Wednesday.
The documents state that Josh was staying at one of their hotels last year in Gainesville, Florida, during the incident in question. Someone reportedly called the hotel, claiming to be his sister, Lisa Beth Goldstein. Lisa sadly died in 2021, according to Josh.
He seems to have a pretty good idea who might have been behind the call.
The reality star accuses a hotel employee of giving highly sensitive personal information to his ex-girlfriend

The apparent actions of a Hyatt staff member are being put into question. In court documents obtained by TMZ, Josh claims that a hotel employee shared highly sensitive information about him with someone else. That someone else he claims was none other than his ex-girlfriend, Brianna Lombardo. Apparently, she knew about his sister’s death years ago.
The employee in question is Megan Gideon, who Josh claims did not conduct due diligence in this matter. He accuses the employee of failing to investigate the caller’s claims while allegedly giving out his personal info over the phone without verifying the caller’s identity. Josh claims that Megan gave Brianna details of all his comings and goings.
Brianna allegedly took all that information to spread allegations online that Josh was cheating. Josh believes those rumors caused him to lose a business opportunity with the brand Comfrt. He says that it cost him $4,000. He’s suing Hyatt and Megan for negligence and invasion of privacy, seeking $50,000 worth of damages.
Josh is not the only Love Island USA star currently in a legal matter. Rachel Leviss is suing Love Island USA host Ariana Madix, along with Tom Sandoval, accusing them of revenge porn, among other things. In April 2024, Tom accused Rachel of trying to paint herself “as the victim” in the case.
