Prior to her May 14 arrest for domestic violence, Milania Giudice was behaving “erratically.” Her older sister Gabriella Giudice called 911 just before 6:15 pm, according to the police report.
The Milania Giudice police report alleges food and candles were thrown
Per the Montville Police Department’s report, Teresa Giudice’s third daughter was “throwing food [and] candles” prior to her arrest. According to Page Six, when police arrived, Milania was fitted with a pair of “double-locked” handcuffs.
Subsequently, she was charged with one count of simple assault. Though Milania didn’t initially enter a plea, she has since registered a plea of not guilty, according to the Montville Daily Voice. Her next court appearance is scheduled for July 14.
On June 29, the Real Housewives of New Jersey offspring broke her silence with a TikTok video. “It is what it is,” she said. “Sh*t happens in life … You gotta learn from it and just become a better person.”
The University of Tampa student further explained that she was “not in a good area in [her] life” at the time of the incident. “I’ve been through a lot in life,” she told her followers. “Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t.”
Additionally, Milania insisted that the mugshot currently circulating on social media was created by “AI” and is actually fake. “I looked fire [in my mugshot],” she boasted. “I can’t believe you guys even believe that’s real.”
Teresa and her ex-husband Joe Giudice share four daughters: Gia, 25; Gabriella, 21; Milania, 20; and Audriana, 16. Married for nearly 20 years, they divorced in 2020 following their respective stints in federal prison for fraud. Upon his release, Joe was deported to Italy, since he never became a citizen after coming to the U.S. as a child.
