Trigger Warning: This article contains a discussion of domestic violence allegations.
The drama isn’t over yet. After being arrested for alleged domestic violence against Tom Sandoval, his ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, filed for a restraining order against the former Vanderpump Rules star, accusing him of repeated abuse. She asked the court to protect her and her father from further mistreatment, but according to the latest update, the court wasn’t having it.
Victoria Lee Robinson’s request was denied after abuse claims

By now, we’ve all seen the footage of Tom, Victoria, and her father, Will Robinson, involved in a violent altercation around a fire pit on June 3. But according to court documents reviewed by TMZ, Victoria claims that was just one example of their explosive dynamic.
Victoria filed for a restraining order last week, asking the court to require Tom to stay 100 yards away from her and avoid all contact. She alleged Tom had been physical with her on multiple occasions, well beyond the June 3 fire pit fight.
In her court documents, Victoria claimed that Tom shoved her down a flight of hardwood stairs on August 30, 2025. She said she sustained “visible injuries” to her knees. She described another altercation in May 2026, where he allegedly pushed her to the ground, elbowed her in the chest, and locked her out of her hotel room before “ransacking” her personal belongings.
Additionally, Victoria described a pattern of manipulation, gaslighting, and verbal abuse. She claimed Sandoval would regularly call her “stupid,” “dumb,” and a “coward.”
In her court filing, Victoria asked the judge to extend the restraining order to protect her father. She also requested that the court remove Tom from their shared home. Victoria argued that her name appears on the lease and she has every right to remain on the property.
Despite her claims, the court shut down her restraining order request in a motion on July 6. Tom’s rep celebrated the news in a statement to TMZ. As a reminder, Tom had previously obtained his own restraining order against Victoria following the June 3 incident.
Tom’s rep said, “It’s no surprise that Victoria’s request for a restraining order was immediately denied. The court granted Tom a restraining order and an immediate move-out order against both Victoria and her father after police reviewed all the video evidence from that night.”
Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock.
