When it comes to the homes of Bravo stars, Dorinda Medley’s Blue Stone Manor is one of the most iconic. Now the Real Housewives of New York alum is selling off a 3.689-acre parcel of her Berkshire estate for $1.2 million.
Whoever buys the parcel will enjoy their own private entrance and access road just minutes from downtown Great Barrington. Included in the price tag are the sweeping views of Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York on all sides.
Here’s what we know.
Why the RHONY alum is selling 3.689 acres while keeping her famous Berkshires mansion

“When you’re on this property, it’s unlike anything you’ve ever experienced,” Medley told People. “The minute I go through the gates, time just stops.”
Though she never planned to sell any of the property her late husband Richard Medley purchased in 2005, she’s not averse to a little downsizing. But while doing some estate planning, Dorinda had the estate surveyed. At that time, she discovered that the property she previously thought was nine acres actually encompassed nearly 20.
“I thought to myself, ‘Why do I need 20 acres?’” she recalled. “It felt wasteful, because the land I own is so far away from the house.”
“I go on a lot of long walks, especially in the fall,” the Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip alum shared. “For years … I’d been walking on that land thinking I was trespassing on someone else’s property … Turns out … I own it!”
While there are no architectural limits on the parcel, Dorinda hopes that the new owners will embrace the property’s history. “I hope whomever buys it builds a beautiful historical home here,” said The Traitors alum. “Something that really fits into the spirit of this special, special place.”
“The most beautiful thing about Blue Stone Manor is how it resonates with people,” The Golden Life star continued. “It’s not a house, it’s a lifestyle. I don’t think people really believe it’s real. When they finally come up, they don’t get it until they get there. It’s magic.”
The Real Housewives of New York is streaming on Peacock.
