Season 15 of The Real Housewives of New York was dark and difficult. And it was not a great experience for Brynn Whitfield. Her blow-up with friend and co-star Ubah Hassan in Puerto Rico turned the rest of the cast against her. She was accused of lying and exaggerating stories about her RHONY co-stars.
However, Brynn booked a stay at Bravo’s Love Hotel, but decided not to check in. So, why did she ditch her opportunity to find love?
Brynn Whitfield dropped out of Love Hotel two weeks before filming

@GossipInformer posted a clip of Virtual Reali-Tea’s interview with Brynn via X, and it was a shocker. “I was supposed to be on Love Hotel,” Brynn stated. “I dropped out two weeks before.”
She continued, “Yeah. Yeah. No, so when I came back, when I came back from Puerto Rico, I was like, ‘I don’t want to do anything,’” Brynn said. “And I was like really upset. And I was like, ‘Oh my God, I just shared something that’s like, I’m still healing from and processing. I don’t know what the f*ck is going on with this girl group or what the f*ck they’re making up.'”
She added, “And I was just like, ‘I don’t want to do any more. Get a camera out of my face.'” I think we can all agree that the Puerto Rico trip was intense and upsetting.
Brynn returned from Puerto Rico in June, and Love Hotel was set to begin filming in September. “I was going to have to go to the hotel in Cabo for three weeks, and I was so disappointed because I wanted to do it so bad.” However, Brynn felt “icked out by cameras.” Hey, when you feel the ick, you know you have no choice.
Meanwhile, Luann de Lesseps, Gizelle Bryant, Ashley Darby, and Shannon Beador all checked into the Love Hotel to meet some eligible bachelors. When Brynn was asked if someone replaced her, she replied, “I think it was … I think Gizelle. Oh, I think it’s Gizelle.”
Bravo’s Love Hotel airs every Sunday at 9/8c on Bravo and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
