Real Housewives of Orange County is back! Season 19 debuts this week, and star Emily Simpson is already talking about the ending before it’s even started. According to Emily, the ending is “shocking and uncomfortable.” But why? We know Emily can easily go toe-to-toe with any of the Real Housewives, so the season ending must be pretty bad if she felt that way. Although Emily can’t say exactly what happened, she did spill some tea on the matter.
Emily Simpson says the RHOC cast are “sucked into” wild Season 19 drama
Fans of the show will be happy to know that last season’s cast is returning, but this time with Gretchen Rossi in a Friend Of role. And Emily was on good terms with most of the cast, minus Katie Ginella.
So, it’s quite likely her feud with Katie will continue on into Season 19. For those who don’t recall, Katie had claimed Emily’s kids had some choice words about her co-star Heather Dubrow. Emily did not take too kindly to that accusation and had to reassure Heather she wasn’t talking smack about her behind her back.
Could the drama at the end of the season be between Katie and Emily? Emily told Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap some of the details regarding the ending of Season 19. She said, “The end is shocking and uncomfortable, at least it was for me.”
Emily continued, “It’s between two people, but we’re all kind of sucked into it, and then we all are uncomfortable, and then we all kind of don’t know what to do with it.” The tea must be piping hot!
Still, Emily didn’t include herself in that equation, so only time will tell who she is referring to as the season airs. We do know, however, that Emily gets into it with her husband, Shane Simpson. During the trailer, Emily was upset with how Shane was not taking their son seriously. Emily told him, “We’re going to end up divorced.” Yikes.
