The divorce between Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers just took another messy turn. He just accused her of having an affair with Rudy Reyes, her instructor from Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test. According to Aaron, the affair went on for months, and he discovered photographic evidence of what they were doing.

In a letter obtained by Daily Mail, Aaron wrote about Denise’s lengthy affair with the man she met while filming the Fox series. The letter was allegedly sent to Denise’s family and friends, urging them to pray for Denise.
“Privately, I’ve wrestled with the painful truth: that Denise has been involved in an ongoing affair with her Special Forces instructor, Rudy Reyes — something I confronted her about earlier this year,” Aaron said.
He continued, “She begged me not to leave, saying it was nothing and that she only loved me. Then, she denied it all — even the explicit messages I found. Despite her promise to stop, more lies and shocking evidence emerged.”
Denise appeared on Season 3 of Special Forces, which aired in January of this year. Aaron said that in April, he discovered hundreds of “sexts” between Denise and Rudy. Allegedly, some of those messages included photos, videos, and explicit details about the hookups they had.
In an interview with the outlet, Aaron detailed the moment he discovered the sexts. He said he just had a “feeling” that something was off, noting that Denise’s behavior had changed.
“I opened her phone – we both know each other’s passwords – so I opened it up, and then I went to her deleted texts and there were 107 of them between her and this guy,” Aaron recalled. “I went through them, and it just broke my heart.”
Aaron used his phone to take photos of the messages, which he provided to the outlet. According to him, Denise lashed out and smashed his phone when she realized what he had done. That happened on July 4, and Aaron claimed that was the fight that caused him to file for divorce.
Meanwhile, Denise has accused her estranged husband of abuse. Aaron has clapped back by saying that Denise is suffering from a substance abuse problem, in addition to her infidelity. To say this is a messy divorce would be an understatement. Stay tuned for more updates.
