Denise Richards Asks Judge To Kick Aaron Phypers Out of Their House

Times up for Aaron Phypers and his family. Denise Richards just filed a request to have her estranged husband, his parents, and his brother removed from her property in Calabasas, California.

As we learned on Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, Aaron’s family started “temporarily” living in Denise and Aaron’s home two years ago. They’re still there, and now that the marriage with Aaron has fallen apart, Denise is ready to kick the family to the curb — literally.

In court documents reviewed by Page Six, the actress and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star asked a judge to force Aaron and his family out of the house so that she can collect her belongings. You might recall a few weeks ago, Aaron called the cops on Denise when she showed up at the property unannounced to try to pick up her dog.

Denise wants a judge’s assistance in this because of her restraining order against Aaron. The other wrinkle to this story is that their landlord just put up an eviction notice on the house.

According to the court filing, Denise and Aaron are both on the lease, but Aaron was responsible for the rent once his family began occupying the home. Denise hasn’t lived there in two years.

Allegedly, the landlord hasn’t received rent from Aaron in six months. He tried to contact Aaron to no avail. Per the eviction notice, they now have to vacate the premises by August 23. Meanwhile, Denise is scrambling because she left a lot of her personal belongings in the house.

She wrote, “If I am not able to [retrieve] my dogs and belongings, I believe my dogs will be harmed and my property destroyed or discarded during the eviction process.”

On top of that, Denise accused Aaron and his family of trashing the house. She included pictures showing trash scattered throughout the house. The flooring had been removed, so it sounds like the house looked like a dump. Denise wrote in her court filing that she felt “shocked” at the condition of the home.

Unless a judge intervenes, Saturday, August 23, is the big moving day. We’ll keep our eyes peeled to see if Denise can get her belongings before then.

Denise Richards & Her Wild Things is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
