Lisa Vanderpump Settles Lawsuit With Former TomTom Employees — Details

A couple of former TomTom employees just got a long-awaited payday. Lisa Vanderpump’s former employees, Dax Hill and Peter Hodge, sued the Vanderpump Rules star along with her husband, Ken Todd. In their complaint, they accused the restaurateurs of defamation, wrongful termination, and a handful of labor law violations. Now, it’s all getting settled outside of the courts.

In the original court docs, Peter and Dax laid out some pretty egregious claims against Ken and LVP. In one part of the lawsuit, they claimed they endured unsafe working conditions at TomTom, with “sewage and backup” in the employee breakroom. They also accused the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alums of blacklisting them and defaming them to future employers.

The former bartenders also said they endured emotional distress thanks to their employment at TomTom. Meanwhile, Lisa and Ken maintained their innocence and tried to have the case tossed out of court. That didn’t go the way they had hoped.

In court documents reviewed by Us Weekly, Peter and Dax informed the court that they had reached a settlement with their former employers. They’ll file court docs to dismiss the case within 45 days, but the details about their settlement remain unknown.

What we do know is that this isn’t the first time LVP and Ken’s employees have made these claims. Earlier this year, they settled a class action lawsuit with a group of former Pump employees. They accused LVP and Ken of violating a bunch of labor laws, like failing to issue paychecks. That lawsuit cost the reality TV couple $490,000.

Despite the lengthy list of accusations, the couple isn’t slowing down in their business endeavours. Currently, they’re working on launching The Vanderpump Hotel, which will take over The Cromwell on the Las Vegas Strip. It opens in 2026. Let’s hope there’s no sewage in that breakroom.

Vanderpump Rules is streaming on Peacock. The show streams on Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
