Trigger Warning: This article contains a discussion of domestic violence allegations.
The divorce between Aaron Phypers and Denise Richards has taken another turn. The split between the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alums will go down as one of the messiest in Bravo history. The allegations flying back and forth are disturbing and shocking.
The former couple was in court while Denise tried to obtain a permanent restraining order against Aaron. During the hearings, and before, Denise detailed several instances of physical abuse. “He’s almost killed me so many damn times,” Denise stated during the emotional court proceedings.
Aaron Phypers seems desperate to get his hands on Denise Richards’ money

On October 17, Aaron was arrested for an outstanding warrant as he attempted to leave the courthouse. The warrant was allegedly related to Denise’s domestic violence claims. He posted the $200,000 bond and was released. For the record, Aaron has denied ever abusing Denise.
Now, TMZ is reporting that Aaron is seeking half of the funds that Denise earned with her OnlyFans account. According to the legal documents, Aaron claimed that he is entitled to part of the $200K – $300K that Denise allegedly makes monthly with her OnlyFans. Since Aaron took the photos, he wants half of her earnings. According to Aaron, he owns the copyright to the images.
Plus, Aaron allegedly claimed to be experiencing severe financial hardship. He filed a request asking for $150,000 from a joint account with Denise. He stated that he required $120,000 to pay back rent, and another $10,000 to pay his attorneys. In addition, Aaron claimed that most of the funds in that account came from Denise’s OnlyFans.
However, the judge ruled in Denise’s favor, refusing Aaron’s request, noting “insufficient evidence of immediate loss or damage” as the reason.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is streaming on Peacock and Hayu in the UK and Ireland.
