Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak is in her post-split dating era. Kim and her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, have been going through a messy divorce. And messy is putting it kindly.
However, Kim has been dating a new man, and it is reportedly getting serious. The gentleman in question? His name is Kyle Mowitz, and he is also going through a very tumultous divorce. Well, it helps to have common interests in a relationship, right? Unfortunately, for Kim, she was recently pulled into Kyle’s $100 million divorce. Welp, that sound doesn’t fun at all.

It seems that Kyle’s estranged wife, Jillian Green, would like Kim to give a deposition in the divorce case. Apparently, she would like to know what gifts Kyle may have given Kim, as well as any loans that he gave to her and any expenses that he paid for her. Well, with Kim’s well-known cash-flow issues, these questions may not be a surprise.
Anyway, Kim is attempting to squash the subpoena, claiming in her motion that the process server “unreasonably, oppressively, and intended to annoy and embarrass her” by giving her the subpoena at her son’s high school football game.
For now, the legal wrangling doesn’t seem to have impacted the two lovebirds. TMZ reported that Kim was spotted outside of Kyle’s home in Georgia on Saturday morning after their date. She was sporting black sweatpants and a matching crop top, with her hair styled in a messy bun. Meanwhile, Kim’s man came out to put some items in the car, including what appeared to be a piece of machinery. He wore a trucker cap and a gray shirt.
We still don’t know how Kim fits into Kyle and Jillian’s divorce saga, but I’m sure we will find out more details soon.
