If you hadn’t heard, Lala Kent and Scheana Shay aren’t the best of friends right now. Scheana has given multiple reasons so far as to why they’ve taken on this new feud. At first, she explained on her podcast Scheananigans that it was because of her bombshell memoir. After sending Lala a copy of the book, she only acknowledged it by posting a quick picture of the cover on her Instagram stories. This left the new author disappointed, let down that her friend didn’t try harder to publicly promote her work.
Then, Scheana started singing a completely different tune. She accused Lala of telling someone about her husband Brock Davies’ infidelity before her book revealing it was released. Nevertheless, whichever the real story is, the two are at odds. But, at least one of them is in favor of them becoming BFFs again.
Lala Kent hopes she and Scheana Shay can work things out
Lala was a recent guest on Gia Giudice’s Casual Chaos podcast. It was during the segment that she shared that they still have not made up. And, that the rumors are true in that Scheana has not been filming Season 3 of The Valley.
“We’re bumpy. We’re bumpy right now. It makes me sad because, you know, we’re not filming a show together,” she explained in the October 20 episode.
The reality TV star also said that it wasn’t the accusations that really made her upset with Scheana, but rather the way they were shared.
“It was disheartening to see that she was talking about the reasoning for our issues on her podcast, rather than us taking a moment to reflect and have a productive conversation when the time is right.”
Is a reconciliation possible between these two Vanderpump Rules alums? Who’s to say? But, we all know that we’ll still be in loop (whether we like it or not) through Scheana’s podcast.
