RadarOnline shared that recent court documents revealed Aaron’s recent shocking claims. In a recently filed declaration, the former star of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things stated that he is in need of money and is currently in financial distress.

“I am out of money and financially desperate,” he declared. “I am about to be evicted from the residence in which I am living. My utilities (water, power, gas) have all been turned off already.”

Aaron claimed that Denise was on the hook for half of the residence’s $120,000 in back rent. He said that her name is also on the lease and because she left 15 rescue dogs and several personal belongings in the home.

The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has previously said she hasn’t lived there for a while and blames Aaron’s family for damaging the property. She returned to the property on September 15 to collect her things with the permission of the court.

Aaron also said he is entitled to some of Denise’s OnlyFans money since he helped her create content for her account.

In the declaration, Aaron explained that in addition to needing $150,000 to “live safely like a normal person.” He also needs $10,000 for his divorce lawyer.

Aaron wants to get his hands on some of the money in their joint accounts. He claims that if he doesn’t, “there is a real danger of irreparable harm” to him and his family.
