Last night’s episode of Married At First Sight  was very telling. I believe that this season probably has had the most counseling of any other season and they still aren’t getting it. Married At First Sight Recap- The Monthiversary

Last night’s episode of Married At First Sight made a few things clear. Some of these couples really like each other, while others are just biding their time. Honestly, I don’t see the point of dragging things out. If I were matched with some of this people, I would have skipped down to the courthouse to file for divorce a long time ago.

Approaching the first milestone, the couples are reminded of the commitment they made to a complete stranger one month ago. While some celebrate this achievement, others question their future. New Married At First Sight Spin-Off Show Announced

It’s time for a reality TV shake up. After a solid year of binging reality shows of past and present from our respective lockdowns and quarantines, we’re due for some fresh content. Even more, the upgrade in accountability for reality stars when it comes to blatant and veiled racism has completely shifted viewer expectations. Gone are the days of sweeping very troubling and flat out unacceptable behavior under the rug. Why shouldn’t we be entitled to quantity and quality?

If you’re sick of Housewives, there are other options. Shows like Temptation Island and Selling Sunset are complete stand-alones. They’re also in their early seasons and not overly repetitive in their story lines and cast dynamics (yet). There’s also shows like 90 Day Fiance and Married At First Sight that use the same formula every year, but bring on fresh faces to make it interesting. Tragically, after eight and twelve seasons respectively, even these gems are starting to dull. So what’s next?

Married At First Sight Couple Deonna McNeill And Greg Okotie Welcome A Baby Boy

Deonna McNeill and Greg Okotie tied the knot as strangers in 2019 on Season 9 of Married at First Sight. This couple is one of my all-time favorites. The road to decision day wasn’t a smooth one, however.

Greg had trouble getting Deonna to open up to him. Deonna felt like Greg was always in his head, overthinking everything. Deonna and Greg were discussing expanding their family last season on the Married at First Sight spin off Married at First Sight: Couples Cam.
