PHOTO: Teen Mom’s Amber Portwood Leaves Rehab, Reunites With Daughter Leah

Following a 2-month stint in rehab, Teen Mom star Amber Portwood is officially back home in Anderson, Indiana.

Looking tan and relaxed, Amber, 21, was photographed above, on Aug. 27, out and about running errands and spending time with her 2-year-old daughter, Leah Shirley.

Mother and daughter were reunited after Amber boarded a plane from LAX on her way home to Indiana last Friday. It appears MTV cameras were on hand to film the event.

Amber, who has revealed her battle with bipolar in the past, had been a patient at Seasons Recovery Center in Malibu, CA following her suicide attempt in June. She was reportedly treated for anger and depression.

In the meantime, Amber’s ex Gary Shirley, 25, has full custody of little Leah. In fact, Gary’s attorney spoke out recently stating he doubts Amber will be able to regain custody of her daughter. “I think custody will go to Gary,” his attorney Jeff Lockwood explained, adding that in other for Amber to regain custody, she would need to be “able to maintain a clean track record.” Something he doubts she will be able to do.

And while Amber’s brother, Shawn Portwood, would like her to move to Nashville to get away from negative influences which he feels includes Gary, it appears Amber and Gary have been spending time together since her return home.

“Quality time w Amber.. Thanking all who have and continue to support her,” tweeted Gary on Saturday. And the next day he tweeted, “Dinner and Movie with Amber.” So the cycle continues…

A new episode of Teen Mom airs tonight on MTV at 10/9c.
