Yolanda Foster is still taking steps on her journey to wellness as she battles Chronic Lyme Disease. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is now trying out neurofeedback to help reclaim her health.
Yolanda shared the photo above with her Instagram followers. She captioned it with “Time to get that brain back in gear……….. #NeuroFeedBack #LymeBrain #LymeDiseaseAwereness.”
Yolanda recently had her breast implants removed after it was discovered that a slow leak had been poisoning her body for years, perhaps making her Lyme symptoms even worse.
If you’re not familiar, neurofeedback is also called neurotherapy or neurobiofeedback, and is a type of biofeedback that uses real-time displays of brain activity to teach self-regulation of brain function. It helps train the brain to help improve its ability to regulate bodily functions and trains it how to “take care of itself.”
We’ll probably be seeing a lot of Yolanda’s journey to wellness on this season’s Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since most of her recent treatments have been done during filming.
