I remember Cynthia Bailey hosting a random pageant through her modeling agency on Real Housewives of Atlanta a few seasons back. It wasn’t the smoothest event, but it did make for good TV. Nevertheless, someone thought that Cynthia had enough experience and insight to judge the Miss Universe pageant in the Philippines.
