Insiders say that Tinsely and Scott have been quietly dating for several months, and Scott is “very nice to her.” Always the cougar, Tinsley is a few years older than the 38-year-old businessman. You can see a photo of Scott here.

As it turns out Scott is also a Real Housewives fan, but claimed in a 2009 interview, “If that’s how the other half lives, I don’t want to be in it.” Well be careful what you wish for!
Page Six reached out to Tinsley’s rep about the relationship but was told: “I don’t comment on my clients’ personal life.” Scott’s rep also declined to comment.
