Was Tamar Braxton, mouth almighty and fifth wheel on the daytime chatfest, “The Real,” missed by her show’s producers when she fell ill last month? Well according to Page Six, the dramatic diva was reportedly not missed and as a matter of fact, The Real’s producers, “seemed much happier without her.”
The R&B songstress and star of the “Braxton Family Values” reality show was a top competitor on the wildly popular ABC-TV show, “Dancing With the Stars” when she had to drop out due to blood clots in both her lungs. Tamar was rushed to the hospital midway during dress rehearsals and was not present at the start of the live broadcast. The then ailing award-winning recording artist’s reported initial diagnosis was pneumonia and even though her health was compromised, Tamar forged ahead, returning to the show, just in time to perform a team-up routine with fellow competitors. Upon completing the segment, it was clear, Tamar was exhausted after the showing.
While NeNe admits to being nervous about the uncharted terrain (and no RHOA to come crawling back to), she’s excited for her fans to see “something different that you guys have never seen me do before.” What – have manners?
“Fans will get to see me be really happy, witty and funny and tell all of those one-liners that I have said on [Housewives],” NeNe explains. And she’s definitely thrilled to be leaving the negativity of RHOA behind!
Tamar Braxton and Vince Hebert have been dealing with a massive tax debt for a while. Vince reportedly failed to properly pay taxes for years and they are totally broke!
Despite the fact that the Tamar & Vince stars have a hit reality show, Tamar’s singing career (she was once nominated for a Grammy), and Tamar’s gig hosting The Real, they are in real danger of losing everything. That includes their Calabasas mansion because they can’t pay their $1.6 million-dollar tax debt and the IRS has placed liens on their earnings and possessions. Oops. In fact, Vince at one point owed over $3 million in back taxes to the IRS!
WE tv announced today that it has renewed both Kendra On Top and Tamar & Vince for a third season!
Tamar Braxton is going to be one busy woman! Not only does she have her new talk show debuting this fall "The Real", filming Braxton Family Values and taking care of baby Logan and her singing career, she's returning for season 3 of Tamar & Vince! The show will premiere this fall.
From the press release: “Tamar & Vince” spotlights the youngest Braxton sister, Tamar, and her husband/manager, Vince. During the second season, viewers followed Tamar’s burgeoning solo career, the release of her album “Love and War” and the birth of her first child – Logan Vincent Herbert."
I hope Tamar Braxton's hit Love & War is raking in the dough because otherwise she'll be singing a tune of Love & Debt!
The IRS is demanding that her husband Vince Herbert pay up 3,325,107.70 in back taxes.
According to documents uncovered by Radar Online, the Braxton Family Values star hasn't properly paid taxes in years! In 2010 Vince was short $66, 315.30. And in 2011 he shorted the feds an astonishing $2,267,845.97. WHAAAAAAAAA!
Not only is her R&B Album Love and War in the top spot, the singer and reality star is also breaking some records. An excited Tamar shared on Instagram, "#TAMARTIANS are so Amazing! Won't he do it! #itwasalladream"
There are some reality stars that sit back and let things happen, and then there are the ones who are constantly part of the hustle. I have a lot of respect for those who are working hard to promote themselves and not just leaking salacious stories to the tabloids for attention (cough, cough, a certain Teen Mom).
While I don't necessarily want to be biffles with Tamar Braxton (I'll be honest, she scares me a bit–I'm intimidated), the star of Tamar and Vince and Braxton Family Values is on top of things. She gets done what needs to be done, and she enjoys the fruits of her labor along the way. There is a lot to be said for that!
