Hate, hate, hate, hate, hate! And twirl! Kenya Moore must have been a giant oak tree in a former life because she is all about the shade. Why is she even on Real Housewives of Atlanta if she can't stand all her co-stars? Nevermind. Stupid question…as if being friends is a prerequisite for any of the RHOA ladies!
I'm not sure if Kenya is attempting to channel her inner NeNe Leakes with recent venom-filled retorts, but she proves to be mildly entertaining. Calling out Porsha Stewart, the Neenster, and Phaedra Parks, Kenya proves that there is only one Krayonce, and she has her own personal brand of crazy!
What's better than housewife has beens when it comes to rating gold on Watch What Happens Live? That's right…house-husbands! When two former Real Housewives of Atlanta stars appeared in Andy Cohen's clubhouse, the ladies garnered the talk show's second highest ratings for the year thus far…and no one even had to tug a wig!
First of all the Real Housewives of Atlanta star wants to clear up the notion that she intruded on the guys-only cigars and tequila party with her inappropriate comments. "All the women were invited to the lounge, but of course they were all late so Lawrence and I joined them. I did have an ulterior motive in hanging out with them and that was to get the truth out of Apollo [Nida]," Kenya admits in her Bravo blog.
"You catch a rat with peanut butter not salt. Once they were relaxed, it was my moment. I wanted an admission of guilt, an apology, and a resolution from Apollo and I succeeded," Kenya explains. "As a result of me being non-threatening, Apollo admitted that he felt he could have slept with me yet I never offered him sex ('I can say how I feel you don’t have to offer.')"
Kenya Moore has crowned herself the Shade Queen and we have to admit that she may have earned that title this season and via her no-holds-barred blogs. In her newest blog, theReal Housewives of Atlanta star once again doesn't hold back about this week's episode, calling out her co-stars.
Kenya blasts NeNe Leakes, dishes on Porsha Stewart's beard situation with Kordell Stewart and talks about the apology she is expecting from Apollo Nida. Here are some highlights from this week's shady-palooza. She dishes a special brand of bitchy for Phaedra Parks.
She titles her first section "THE MOOSE IS ON THE LOOSE". "What grown woman threatens her friend to discontinue being friends with them because they don’t like him or her? I felt bad for Marlo, because she was always a good friend of NeNe’s and her biggest supporter and she really hurt her feelings. And the way she cursed out Cynthia who simply tried talking to her about Marlo… I thought her stripper days were behind her, but she is really showing her ass. They are both better off without her."
With federal investigators reportedly still digging up dirt on Apollo Nida's accomplices, a judge has granted his request to delay his fraud trial. Lucky, ducky now he has more time to make club appearances before heading to the slammer!
In court documents filed on February 10th the Real Housewives of Atlanta star asked permission to delay his trial until March. Apollo was to begin his trial this month, but he is seeking more time to go over the prosecution's case against him and likely decide whether or not he wants to accept a plea deal. The Judge granted his request.
Throughout the course of her bravo blog, Kenya also repeatedly states that she's not a liar, but um… we all know that's not true, but her assessments of NeNe and Apollo are dead on.
"I considered myself a friend and have always been respectful and supportive of NeNe on and off camera. I ignored all the warnings from the other ladies about how she turns on people she is threatened by or that she feels steals the spotlight from her. However, I give people the benefit of the doubt and had enjoyed becoming friends with her."
Angela is speaking out about Apollo's arrest and shares that she's looking for a media outlet to share some more of her insight into the matter. She writes, "In 2012, I released my personal memoir, Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell the Truth and Shame the Devil. In the book, I detailed the struggles I faced as a young woman drawn to the temptations of crime and the false glamour it affords. I alone am responsible for the mistakes I made as a young woman. Yet, I have felt a certain sense of anger toward the people who used me during that period of my life. Certain individuals found me at a time when I was vulnerable and searching for friendship, and used those traits to lure me into doing their bidding."
Phaedra Parks and Dwight are hosting their annual 'What the hell is going on but Phaedra certainly never does anything half-assed' celebration. This year it's a naming ceremony for Mr. President.
Dwight really needs to update both his Benz and his facelift – and he also needs to return that blazer to Dorothy Zbornak. Phaedra envisions an "Inaugural Ball" theme for her future leader of the free world. Let's give it up for the first president whose dad is in the slammer. Too soon?
They prance through the grounds discussing their plans for secret service, swing dancers, and miniature tuxedos. And possibly a waterfall-side mother-of-the-president skinny dip twerk. Thankfully that was nixed. These two have such good ideas: are they going to plan a pre-prison inauguration for Apollo before he heads into the Big House?
