Our favorite reality TV stars can't get enough of the spotlight during their regularly scheduled time slots, so they take to Twitter to share even more of their daily lives with us. And we love them for it! Here's a roundup of some of our favorite photos from the Twitterverse this week! Enjoy!
Above: Snooki & JWoww star Snookitweeted, "Shout out to our 'Snooki & JWoww are such trash' haters."
Bethenny Frankel is upping the ante as far as guests on her talk show goes. She's graduated from her recent parade of Bravolebrities to the one woman who we have to thank for putting her on the air–Ellen DeGeneres. "Thank" may not be the word you would use, but as far as I'm concerned, Ellen can do no wrong. And who knows, maybe this is just another lesson in random acts of kindness courtesy of Ellen.
When Ellen appeared via satellite (is that what they still call it?) on bethenny yesterday, Bethenny introduced her by saying, "I am so excited and honored to tell you who my first guest is today. It's a woman who I trust, who I admire, who I love, who I respect. She's the most talented women on the planet in my book and she's the reason that I have a show today. I am so grateful to her, for this opportunity. Please welcome my friend and mentor Ellen DeGeneres."
Well now Bethenny is suddenly dating someone. Isn't that convenient. She's trying a different angle on the 'I need attention' train, because at this point she needs to do anything to boost ratings for her lagging talk show! Yesterday Bethenny "accidentally" revealed on her show that yeah, she's kinda with someone again.
GG Gharachedaghi from Shahs of Sunset was the guest and they were doing a pre-taped segment. GG she was discussing her failed engagement when Bethenny slipped and spilled that she too has moved on following a traumatic breakup. Couldn't have been that traumatic as she recently revealed that she never loved Jason Hoppy all that much!
Bethenny's shrill scream was heard around the world, I'm sure. "Oh my god," she added. "Please kill me now. I just want to die. I really do."
On the tape, Bethenny talked baby talk to her dog, made fun of her driver, and talked up her career. "I've cooked for Mariska Hargitay, the Hiltons, Brooke Hogan, Alicia Silverstone, models," she shared. "Basically I'm a natural foods chef, and in Hollywood, health sells."
Bethenny declared the clip painful to watch, asking Andy, "That's why I made it on the show?" Andy said, despite his initial reservations about Bethenny's past experience with reality TV on Martha Stewart: The Apprentice, he thought she was really funny. And now we're stuck with her the rest is history.
Bethenny believed the show would catapult her out of the reality television genre and give her the opportunity to connect one-on-one with her fans. Unfortunately "fans" aren't tuning in. And she's being slaughtered in the ratings by Queen Latifah, who surprisingly turned out to be her biggest talk show rival.
"Bethenny is livid about Queen Latifah beating her – she can't believe this is happening," a source told Star Magazine (print edition). Indeed Bethenny's ratings have been slipping. Bethenny's show is averaging a .9 Nielsen rating while Queen Latifah is nabbing a healthy 1.4.
Well now, this is just really depressing. Bethenny Frankel's new strategy of being an open book on her talk show (we need ratings, people!) is making me sad. Not just any kind of blue, but My Best Friend's Wedding type down.
On a recent episode of bethenny, the former reality star revealed what pretty much everyone who ever watched Bethenny Ever After already knew. Jason Hoppy wasn't the love of Bethenny's wife, and she knew that full well before walking down the aisle at their wedding.
